ERIN FOOTE MORGAN
Owner and Principal
Erin builds, launches and manages projects that accelerate the timeline of community progress. She supports leaders of governments, business and nonprofits to define and achieve their most ambitious goals for solving the Pacific Northwest's greatest challenges. She is an expert in strategic planning, project management, policy development and advocacy, coalition-building, civic engagement, strategic communications, public relations and fundraising.
JENNY ODOM
Director of Outreach and Strategic Communications
Jenny is a communications professional with more than 20 years of expertise in strategic planning, media relations, event planning, public engagement, executive positioning, and digital and print communications. She focuses on partnerships with government and nonprofit agencies that advance progress on affordable housing, economic development, infrastructure, and other community issues.
JODELLE MARX
Manager of Account Services
Jodelle Marx is a project manager, community outreach and engagement specialist, and marketing and strategic communications planner. Her exceptional organizational skills and crystal-clear team leadership and communications skills keep FM Civic teams and projects running at peak performance.
SARAH CRAIG
Communications Designer
Sarah Craig brings over 25 years of design expertise to her creative practice. With a comprehensive skill set ranging from brand design and development to package design, logo creation, and illustration, and known for her meticulous approach from concept to print management, Sarah is passionate about crafting designs that not only captivate but also deliver lasting impact.
ELENA CRONIN
Graphic Designer & Illustrator
Elena is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator living in Portland and specializing in branding, print design, and all forms of illustration. She has more than 15 years of experience in both agency and freelance settings, and now focuses on supporting business and nonprofit clients through Elena Cronin Design. Her work has supported creative initiatives across many sectors including food and beverage, hospitality, cannabis, health and wellness, apparel, and nonprofit.
